The Office of Human Resources places orders for the following life events of our employees.
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Hospitalization of an employee
- Death of an employee relative including: spouse, parent (including step and in-law), child/step child, sibling, grandparent
- Death of employee or retiree
To submit a request, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 507-786-3068. Please gather as much of the following information as possible prior to contacting Human Resources.
- Name of recipient
- Address and phone number where order will be delivered
- Date and time of service(s), if applicable
- Any other preferences – fresh arrangement or plant, certain colors, type of flowers, etc.
