Training

Purpose

St. Olaf prides itself on being a respectful community. To ensure everyone defines respectful behaviors in the same way, we require all employees to complete both Sexual Abuse Awareness and Understanding and Preventing Sexual Violence training modules.  These modules can be done at work or at home. Employees paid hourly should include the training as paid time worked on their timesheet.

We ask that new employees complete these training modules within the first two weeks of employment.
