{"id":162,"date":"2012-12-20T21:32:01","date_gmt":"2012-12-20T21:32:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/hr\/yearlyreviewprocess\/"},"modified":"2025-08-13T08:01:04","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T13:01:04","slug":"yearlyreviewprocess","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/hr\/yearlyreviewprocess\/","title":{"rendered":"Performance Review Process"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-modular-content-collection>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supervisors &#8212; Please send completed forms to performance@stolaf.edu.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Staff Performance Review Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All staff working at the college should be given clear expectations at the beginning of the performance year cycle and routine feedback about their performance throughout the year &#8211; with written feedback at least once a year.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance expectations should be aligned with the college\u2019s Strategic Plan.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The college is undergoing changes to the performance process and this is an iterative process. We value progress over perfection.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes will be made as we work towards having the performance process managed in Oracle. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process For FY24<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Units should evaluate performance using goals set for the FY23-24 year using existing forms and getting them all submitted by September 30th.
