{"id":162,"date":"2012-12-20T21:32:01","date_gmt":"2012-12-20T21:32:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/hr\/yearlyreviewprocess\/"},"modified":"2026-09-01T10:29:39","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T15:29:39","slug":"yearlyreviewprocess","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/hr\/yearlyreviewprocess\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual Performance Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-modular-content-collection>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Staff Annual Performance Review Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All staff working at the college should be given clear expectations at the beginning of the performance year cycle and routine feedback about their performance throughout the year &#8211; with written feedback at least once a year.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance expectations should be aligned with the College\u2019s Strategic Plan.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes will be made as we work towards having the performance process managed in Ole Information System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process FY 2026-27<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>July 2026: <\/strong>Supervisors will work with their staff to identify goals and professional development items for FY27. These goals and professional development opportunities should be recorded in Ole Information System <strong>by October 31, 2026<\/strong> in the goals tile.
