Retention and Graduation Rates<\/strong><\/h5>\n

These dashboards show the most recent 10 years of first-year, second-year, and third-year retention rates and 4-year and 6-year graduation rates for full-time students who entered St. Olaf seeking a degree for the first time over the past 10 years. These results can be disaggregated by gender, race\/ethnicity\/citizenship, low-income\/first-generation, and federal aid category. Majors, Concentrations, and Degrees Awarded<\/strong><\/h5>\n

These dashboards show the demographic profile (gender, race\/ethnicity\/citizenship) and counts for each major and concentration awarded over the most recent 10 years, using IPEDS completion dates of July 1-June 30 each year. They also show the total number of degrees awarded and overall demographic profile of graduates from that same time period (including number of single v. multiple majors). HEDS Alumni Survey<\/strong> (alumni 4-5 years and 9-10 years post-graduation)<\/em>: This survey is designed and administered by the Higher Education Data Sharing (HEDS) Consortium and gathers information from alumni about their educational, co-curricular, volunteer, and professional experiences during and after their undergraduate studies, and the contributions of these experiences to their knowledge and proficiencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
