For the protection of International Friendship Program participants and St. Olaf College, all participants are required to submit a signed Agreement. Agreements can be submitted by 2 methods.

Paper Submission:

Download and print the appropriate Agreement form.
After reading, sign and date the Agreement.
*Friendship Volunteers Only: All adult (over 18) household members who will regularly interact with the Student must also sign the Agreement
Submit the completed Agreement to:

Electronic Submission:

Download the appropriate Agreement form and open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. To get the latest version of the pdf reader, visit the Adobe downloads page.
Under the File tab, select “Fill & Sign”
Select “Place Signature” from the menu that appears. In the pop-up window, choose the method of adding your signature. Typing your name and drawing your signature are both acceptable.
Save the signed document and send as an attachment to ifriendship@stolaf.edu
