Cabri II Plus
Cabri II Plus is a geometry and interactive math software package. St. Olaf is currently running version 2.0.
Mathematica is a computational software program used in math and science. St. Olaf is currently running Mathematica version 10. It is available for both Windows and Macintosh computers.

SPSS is a statistical software package used at St. Olaf College. It is published by IBM SPSS. With version 18, the name of the application has changed to “PASW Statistics 18” however, many will still refer to it as SPSS.
GNU Octave, often referred to as just “Octave” is a numerical computing package used by St. Olaf’s MSCS and Physics departments.
Python, PIL/Pillow, and cImage
Python is a programming language St. Olaf’s MSCS and Physics departments. PIL/Pillow and cImage add imaging processing features to Python.
