St. Olaf Magazine earned nine \u201cExcellence Awards\u201d at the 21st annual Minnesota Magazine & Publishing Association Excellence Awards 2017 Gala. In the Education category, <\/em>St. Olaf Magazine was recognized with awards in Feature Writing and Design for \u201c<\/em>Artistic Inspiration in the Internet Age<\/em><\/a>\u201d by Erin Peterson, “From the Heart<\/a>” by Marla Hill Holt, and \u201cLine of Inquiry<\/a>\u201d by Joel Hoekstra, as well as for Overall Excellence, Overall Design,\u00a0 Regular Column (\u201cAlmanac<\/a>\u201d), and Cover Design. And, for the third year in a row, <\/em>St. Olaf Magazine was a finalist for the MMPA Magazine of the Year award.<\/em><\/p>\n
