style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in line with what the student intends to do for a vocation in the future<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is a minimum of 160 hours<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional experiential learning activity (e.g., second work experience, volunteer work, entrepreneurial or leadership the necessary instructions for completing the final capstone which is due in November of their senior year and\u00a0 includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A summary of the experiential learning activities (above)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Developing a Vocational Vision<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providing a synopsis of informational interviews and experiential learning activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completing a mock interview with Piper Center staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participating in a recommended Piper Center program<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submitting a Coursework and Skills Reflection<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uploading a reviewed resume<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating a professional LinkedIn profile<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support is offered by the Piper Center Career professionals to help you through this process. Finance employers are increasingly engaging with students in their sophomore year. Many major finance firms are hiring (applications and interviews) for post-junior year summer internships beginning in the spring semester of the sophomore year. The Finance Fast-Track program (FFT) offers an accelerated curriculum for students interested in pursuing competitive finance careers.
