Conceived by Rev. Kyle Severson, WOW is currently being piloted by Rev. Severson at St. Luke&#8217;s Lutheran Church in Park Ridge, Illinois and\u00a0 by Rev. Andrew Perger, Faith Lutheran, Columbus, WI.
