Titled <strong>Living Water, Loving Hands<\/strong>, it invites parents to live into their baptismal identity as beloved children of God while nurturing children and participating in God\u2019s work of justice and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grounded in baptismal theology, this six-week series offers weekly reflections (that can be repeated daily) built around five movements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beholding<\/strong> \u2013 Naming what is real: fear, anger, exhaustion, and the injustices around us.<br \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Belonging<\/strong> \u2013 Rooting identity in Christ, not in chaos.<br \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Becoming<\/strong> \u2013 Practicing small, faithful actions in daily life.<br \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blessing<\/strong> \u2013 Seeing parenting as a form of holy resistance.<br \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Breathing<\/strong> \u2013 Remembering rest and renewal as sacred acts.<br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each reflection is designed to meet parents where they are \u2014 whether at a kitchen table, in the quiet moments after bedtime, or in the midst of the noise of daily life. The devotions affirm that being a parent and participating in God\u2019s work of justice are not competing callings but deeply intertwined expressions of baptismal faithfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite congregations to share <strong>Living Water, Loving hands<\/strong> with parents in their communities. It can be used as a printed handout, shared via email, or adapted for discussion groups.
