Permit stickers will be issued on a rolling basis. You will be contacted via email once your permit has been issued. Students are allowed to have <strong>ONE<\/strong> vehicle tied and active to their permit at a time.\n<ul>\n<li>Students are now solely responsible for updating their own vehicle information within Flex Port and making sure their physical permit sticker is on the correct vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Permit stickers are now transferable.<\/strong> Meaning, you can move your permit sticker from one vehicle to another at any time.\n<ul>\n<li>Permit no longer sticky? Rinse with warm water and let dry. The stickiness should return once properly cleaned.<\/li>\n<li>Need a replacement? Remove and keep your old permit to turn it in for a free replacement. The replacement fee for lost or stolen stickers is $25.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students will be able to apply for and pay for permits in Flex Port.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Citation Management<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Student will be able to pay citations in Flex Port\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that If a student citation is not paid within fourteen (14) days of issuance, the citation will be forwarded to the Business Office and added to the student\u2019s comprehensive fee statement. While we are keeping the first come, first served structure, we will be allocating percentages of the overall student parking spots on campus based on the Registrar&#8217;s classification data from the fall 2025 semester. Classification is based on the number of St. Olaf total credits earned\/completed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Here is a breakdown of the percentages of overall student parking spots that will be distributed to each class year for the 2026\u201327 academic year:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Senior: 40%<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Junior: 30%<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Sophomore: 20%<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">First-Year: 10% (first-years must have a home address 250 miles or more from the college to be eligible for a permit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>*Disability parking accommodation permits are not counted in these percentages and will be assigned via the permitting process through that office. This solution provides a convenient and affordable parking option for students, staff, faculty, or visitors who seek short-term parking in specific parking lots. Click <\/span><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/stolaf.maps.arcgis.com\/apps\/dashboards\/039528a0ee874da7b5ef749c2393498d\">HERE<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to see all of the lots where hourly parking is available. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/t2p.mobi\/parking\/park-car\/\">HERE<\/a> to complete payment for an hourly parking spot.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spots are priced at $2.00\/hour with a four-hour limit per day (within a 12:00 am &#8211; 11:59 pm window).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convenient contactless payment options include text-to-pay, via app, or online. Permit applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis within class-year standing. Distance from campus, or any other factors, is not considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The student parking permit process is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Log in to Flex Port<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Apply for your approved permit located in the &#8220;Get Permits&#8221; tab<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Once approved, you will get an email to claim and purchase your permit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Application approval does not guarantee a permit until payment is received.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment must be completed by the deadline provided to secure your permit.
