This usually takes place in the 4th floor Holland Hall lounge and is open to all interested in philosophy and\/or free food. A philosophy faculty member typically hosts the discussion. Past issues have included works of philosophy, literature, poetry, and photography, as well as cross-disciplinary pieces. Our chapter promotes interest and achievement in philosophy among St. Olaf students by sponsoring a student colloquium series at which students present and discuss their work. The chapter also hosts writing workshops as an opportunity for community and feedback during term paper season.
