The Executive Training Program is for college graduates who have at least a Bachelor\u2019s Degree. Executive Trainees work full-time and also attend weekly classes. As integral members of account teams, Executive Trainees gain exposure to every facet of the public relations business. The 19-year-old Executive Training Program is well-known. Entry level employees rarely are hired by Ruder Finn without having completed the Program. The company hires the best graduates of the program to fill its Assistant Account Executive positions. Park Leadership Fellows Program<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>The Park Leadership Fellows Program was established in 1997 and is funded by the Triad Foundation (Roy H. Park and the Triad Foundation). It attracts the highest caliber MBA talent to the Johnson School, and rewards demonstrated leadership potential. The Program was founded on a leadership theme that emphasizes the development of leadership skills.
