Through exposure to DEI within their area of focus, students will learn that teams with many backgrounds and perspectives result in better outcomes, and encourage active listening, empathy, and connection. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ole Career Launcher and the Piper Center for Vocation &amp; Career are partnering with the Taylor Center for Equity &amp; Inclusion and Human Resources to bring Diversity, Equity, &amp; Inclusion training to the student employees of St. Olaf College.
