The term of office shall be one year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Secretary of the Faculty is responsible for taking the minutes of each faculty meeting and having them posted on the website of the Provost&#8217;s Office.\u00a0 The secretary also submits a formal record of all proceedings of the faculty meetings to the College Archives at the end of the academic year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The 2025-2026 Secretary to the Faculty is Jake Grossman<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Parliamentarian<\/h2>\n<p>The Faculty Governance Committee shall appoint a Parliamentarian from among its franchised members.\u00a0The term of office shall be one year.<\/p>\n<p><em>The 2025-2026 Parliamentarian is Kathryn Ananda-Owens<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Faculty Athletic Representative<\/h2>\n<p>The faculty shall elect an Athletic Representative from among nominees who hold faculty status but who are not members of the athletic staff or the Kinesiology department. The term of office shall be six years.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Faculty Athletic Representative assists the President as an advisor on athletic matters,\u00a0certifies the academic eligibility of athletes, and serves as an ex-officio member of the Athletic Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The Faculty Athletic Representative is Charles Gray \u2013 term expires in 2027<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Faculty Representative to the Board of Regents<\/h2>\n<p><em>Katherine Tegtmeyer Pak \u2013 term expires in 2026<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Faculty Representative (Elect) to the Board of Regents<\/h2>\n<p><em>Katie Ziegler-Graham \u2013 term expires in 2027<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Honor Council Advisor<\/h2>\n<p>The faculty shall elect an Honor Council Adviser for a three-year term in office.
