Recreation Fitness Classes

Recreational Fitness Classes  for Fall Semester 2017

Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. These are non-credit recreation classes.

ZUMBA Classes      starting Sept 18.

Mondays   Noon – 1 p.m.   South court of the Skoglund Gym  –  Ellie Titcomb

Wednesdays  Noon – 1 p.m.  South court of the Skoglund Gym – Ellie Titcomb

Thursdays   7:00 -8:00 p.m.         South court of the Skoglund Gym – Christian Conway

YOGA  starting Tuesday, Sept 12.  Class meets in the Skoglund wrestling room.

Sundays 8-9 PM — Relaxation Yoga — A slow-flow, all levels yoga class designed to be gentle and relaxing.
Tuesdays 5-6 PM —New time- Intermediate Vinyasa — A more vigorous flow yoga, accessible for all levels but with modifications for more experienced students.
Wednesdays 5-6 PM —New time –  Fitness Vinyasa — A vigorous flow-themed class, combining yoga postures and theologies with modern day fitness.
HITT/YOGA         NEW !!!    Class starts Sept 30.

Saturday mornings 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. in the Skoglund Wrestling room.

This class will do a series of HIIT workouts paired with yoga poses to get stretching/flexibility, strength, and cardio in one great workout. We’ll be doing rounds of approximately 4 high-intensity cardio moves with 2 yoga poses, switching the rounds up as the class goes.
