Recreation Fitness Classes

Recreational Fitness Classes  for Spring Semester 2018

Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. These are non-credit recreation classes.

ZUMBA Classes        Ellie Titcomb
Tuesdays      6:00 – 7:00 p.m.     South court Skoglund Gym
Saturdays     9:15 – 10:15 a.m.      South court Skoglund Gym

SELF DEFENSE Class:          Instructor is Taylor Knopf
You must email Taylor to sign up for the class as space is limited.

Beginner Class      Feb 12 – March 19.   Will also have another class after spring break

Mondays    11:50 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. in the Skoglund wrestling room.

Intermediate class       Feb 13 – May 15  – had to have completed the beginner class or have permission of the instructor.
Tuesdays         7:00 – 800 p.m.  in the Skoglund wrestling room

YOGA  – Sorry, no yoga instructors available for spring term.

 HIIT/YOGA

Saturdays         10:00 – 11:00 a.m.   Skoglund Wrestling room.  HIIT/Yoga.
Wednesdays    8:00 -9:00 p.m.       South court of Skoglund gym   HIIT only

This class will do a series of HIIT workouts paired with yoga poses to get stretching/flexibility, strength, and cardio in one great workout. We’ll be doing rounds of approximately 4 high-intensity cardio moves with 2 yoga poses, switching the rounds up as the class goes.
