Recreation Fitness Classes

Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. These are non-credit recreation classes.

Sundays       4:30 – 5:30 p.m.    Skoglund South court – Cardio
Tuesdays     9;00 – 10:00 p.m.     Skoglund Wrestling Room – HIIT/Yoga
Thursdays   9:00 – 10:00 p.m.  Skoglund Wrestling Room – HIIT/Yoga

This class will do a series of HIIT workouts paired with yoga poses to get stretching/flexibility, strength, and cardio in one great workout. We’ll be doing rounds of approximately 4 high-intensity cardio moves with 2 yoga poses, switching the rounds up as the class goes.

Classes start on Sunday, Sept 9.

YOGA

Wednesdays  6:40 – 7:40 a.m. in Skoglund Wrestling Room

This is a vinyasa flow class that starts with slow, mindful poses and gradually increases in warming up the body and incorporating breath into movements. Great for stress relief, increasing flexibility, and waking up in the morning. This class is open to all levels and does not require a mat or previous yoga experience.

Classes start on October 1.
