Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. These are non-credit recreation classes.

Interim Recreational Fitness Classes

Yoga for Relaxation:
This class will work through a slow flow to warm up the body and move through through deeper stretches. This class will focus on yoga postures to open places of tension and to increase flexibility, self-awareness, and relaxation.

Classes start Monday, Jan 13.

Yoga – Not until spring

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
This flow class will move through a series of yoga postures. Using coordinated movements to find strength and flexibility, the class will lead up to more challenging postures and balances.
