placement into Greek 231 or any higher-numbered Greek course; IB credit is given for Greek 112 upon successful completion (C or above) of Greek 231, or for Greek 231 upon successful completion (C or above) of any higher-numbered Greek course.<\/li>\n<li>AP or IB credit for Greek 112 or 231 can be counted toward the requirements of the Greek major.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Placement<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Any incoming student who has studied Ancient Greek in the past should take the Ancient Greek placement survey.
