Academic Record<\/h2>\n

A permanent academic record<\/a> of courses and grades is prepared for each student who registers in the regular academic programs of St. Olaf College. An unabridged transcript of this record is maintained in the Registrar’s Office.<\/p>\n

Enrollment Verification Letter<\/h2>\n

For current students you can obtain an enrollment verification letter through SIS.<\/p>\n

  1. Log into SIS<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. In the left column click on\u00a0Personal<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0Clearinghouse Services<\/strong> in the drop-down menu on the left and click\u00a0Go<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. A window will open to the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Site. From there you can select the type of enrollment verification. If none of these options are accepted by the recipient or if you need an enrollment verification on college letterhead, please send an email to registrar@stolaf.edu<\/a> with the information you need stated in the letter. You can also request an enrollment verification at the Registrar’s Office using the\u00a0Enrollment Verification Form<\/a>. Please allow 1 business day for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Degree Audit<\/h2>\n

    For current students you can view, print or save your degree audit through SIS.<\/p>\n
