operates under the support of the Residence Life Department.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>RHA serves as an organization that supports the on-campus living experience for all campus living spaces, including residence halls, townhouses, and any other residential facilities under the management of Residence Life.<\/p>\n<p>The Council of Chairs provides RHA with the voice of each residential &#8211; Record and distribute minutes, track attendance, and maintain RHA website and social media.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong> &#8211; Manage finances, maintain budget, and report on RHA expenditures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>National Communication Coordinator<\/strong> &#8211; Maintain regional\/national communications, re-affiliate RHA, coordinate delegation and travel, and attend conferences as St. Olaf&#8217;s voting rep.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Council of Chairs<\/strong> &#8211; Serve as Hall representatives, share RHA updates, and hold weekly office hall.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Organization and committee structure vary from hall to hall and year to year to meet the needs of students in the specific hall. In addition to hall-wide programming, Hall Councils assist in legislating residence hall policies regarding noise control, damage and other community
