The Townhouses are located along St. Olaf Ave on lower campus.\u00a0 14 townhouses allow 140 St. Olaf Students the opportunity to enjoy apartment style living on a college campus.\u00a0 With centralized living room and kitchen spaces, students can easily foster a close-knit community.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/figcaption>\n\t\n<\/figure>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Each of these 14 units will have two single rooms and four double rooms (10 beds per unit), for a total of 140 beds in the town houses. Each has three bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining and living room space, and laundry facilities.<\/p>\n

The Townhouse Communities are cleaned by St. Olaf Custodial staff on a monthly basis.\u00a0 Spaces are cleaned on the 2nd and 4th weeks of every month on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.\u00a0 If custodial staff does not make it to your townhouse on Tuesday, they will make it to your townhouse on Thursday, provided all steps are followed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Students are responsible for any additional cleaning needed on days that Custodians are not visiting the townhouses to clean.<\/p>\n

Students are expected to remove all personal belongings in the Kitchens and Bathrooms so that custodial staff can properly clean the space.\u00a0 If items are left in these spaces, they might not be able to be cleaned.<\/p>\n

Students should generally be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of all common room spaces while living in the Townhouses.\u00a0 This includes trash and recyling take out and vacuuming and wiping down shared living spaces.\u00a0 Please note – garabge bags cannot be placed into the recycling dumpsters.\u00a0 Please empty all recycling directly into the dumpster.\u00a0 Any bags in a recycling bin should be placed into the trash dumpster.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\n
