{"id":12,"date":"2013-10-27T18:00:56","date_gmt":"2013-10-27T23:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/scheduling\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2023-06-07T08:35:50","modified_gmt":"2023-06-07T13:35:50","slug":"r25-abbreviated","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/scheduling\/r25-abbreviated\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Make a Reservation using the R25 Webviewer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-modular-content-collection><ul>\n<li>On the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/facultystaff\/\">Faculty\/Staff college portal<\/a> there is a blue <strong>R25<\/strong> button on the left of the page, to the right of\u00a0 the Gmail button.<\/li>\n<li>This takes you to the Scheduling page with policies and detailed instructions.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Please clear your browsing history&#8230;OR<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 Open a new &#8220;incognito&#8221; session.\u00a0 Here is a link to how to open an <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/chrome\/answer\/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&amp;hl=en\">Incognito Session in chrome<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on the left-hand navigation &#8220;R25 WebViewer&#8221; to get you to the room schedule for today.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Scroll across the top of the chart to the preferred time (bold times are p.m.) then down to the room. If the room is available it will be white.\u00a0 Gray areas are already reserved and <em>unavailable<\/em>. Click on the white box in the preferred time and room.<\/li>\n<li>This brings up the St. Olaf sign-in, followed by the R25 form.<\/li>\n<li>Check that the time range is correct.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the <strong>required data in red. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>For <strong>repeat dates<\/strong> check the <strong><em>ad hoc<\/em><\/strong> button and choose each date, via the drop-down box, for up to one academic year time period.<\/li>\n<li>Rooms cannot (or will not) be reserved for off-campus groups until <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/conferences\/facility-use-waiver\/%20\">approval process<\/a> has been met. \u00a0Rooms reserved without approval are subject to rental fees.<\/li>\n<li>Rooms cannot be reserved for events hosting one or more minors until <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/conferences\/conferences\/department-sponsored-events\/\">approval process<\/a> has been met.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once the submit button has been clicked, an automatic email is generated stating the request was sent to the schedulers. After confirmed (or denied) a second email with that information is sent.<\/p>\n<p>Need help?
