Students involved in music ensembles can study abroad\/away during their time at St. Olaf!\u00a0 While involvement in music ensembles may limit the timing or program options, there is absolutely a time and a place for Music students to study\u00a0abroad\/away. We highly recommend that students work with their faculty advisor, music faculty, and conductor to ensure they are able to fit it within their four-year plan.\u00a0 Additionally, students can seek study abroad\/away advising from a Smith Center Advisor.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/figcaption>\n\t\n<\/figure>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\u2013 IES French Studies in Paris, France<\/a>
\n\u2013 IES Study Abroad in Milan, Italy<\/a>
\n\u2013 The International Summer School \u2013 University of Oslo<\/a>

Music students can attend any of the approved programs that work within their timeline and four-year plan.\u00a0 You do not need to limit yourself to programs that only offer Music options, unless, of course, that is a priority for your experience off campus!\u00a0 Do you plan to receive major credit while abroad\/away?\u00a0 If so, please clear major transfer credits with the Department Chair for the Music Department.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\n
