400;\">Some students will attend a Re-Entry Meeting with the Smith Center and the Program Advisor (if available).\u00a0 This is a great opportunity for students to share stories \u2013 and to let us know how things went, concerns you may have, and tips for future students.\u00a0 Additionally, this unique program allows students to get reconnected to the Smith Center and our future programming\/volunteer attend the Re-Entry Meeting for their program \u2013 and we encourage them to do so!\u00a0 Regardless of whether a student was abroad\/away during January term, a semester, or for a full year, they can attend a Re-Entry Meeting with a Smith Center staff member and the faculty program advisor.\u00a0 These meetings allow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students to share various aspects of their time off campus \u2013 including any concerns or frustrations they may have.\u00a0 Re-Entry Meetings offer the best chance for Smith Center and Program Advisors to hear about student\u2019s experiences, become better advisors of the program for future students, address concerns, and get a better sense of the opportunities students have while on their chosen program.<\/li>\n<li>To better understand the \u201con the ground\u201d experience students have within the host community\/host university \u2013 especially related to academic coursework, registration, credit transfer, housing, on-site staff\/providers, the local community, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Offer support to students as they transition back to campus, find ways to connect their off-campus experience with their remaining time on the Hill or with their future careers, and assist with transfer credits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> <!-- .site-grid__col -->\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div> <!--
