Fall semester statements are posted in early July and payments are due on <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">August 1st<\/span><\/strong>. Spring semester statements are posted in early January and payments are due on <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">February 1st<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>The student must be the one to set up access due to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ed.gov\/policy\/gen\/guid\/fpco\/ferpa\/index.html?src=rn\">FERPA\u00a0<\/a>privacy laws. <\/strong>Once a parent or authorized user is given access to the student\u2019s financial aid, they will receive email notifications when a statement is generated.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/stuacct\/parent-access\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Granting Parent Access<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Initial statements include charges as well as anticipated financial aid. Please review your statements carefully to make sure that the aid accurately reflects what you except to receive from St. Olaf College and outside organizations. There is a non-refundable convenience fee for each transaction made with a credit or debit card. St. Olaf College will not receive any part of the service fee and will not be profiting from it. Transaction fees are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>2.85% for U.S. cards<\/li>\n<li>3.95% for international cards<\/li>\n<li>$3 minimum for all credit card payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Payment Plans<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We offer a monthly payment plan for those who prefer to pay off their bill over the course of the semester. Students and authorized users must be willing to allow automatic withdrawals from a personal U.S. checking account or scheduled charges to a debit or credit card.
