Lion’s Pantry

The Lion’s Pantry Program (formerly Grab & Go) is an ever-developing donor supported project aimed at alleviating stress caused by food insecurity during college breaks (Fall, Winter, Interim, Spring, and Summer break). Limited transportation options during breaks and financial barriers are just two variables that impact students’ ability to access these basic needs. Our hope with this program is to fill the gap in needs for students. If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas for additional resources, please contact the Lion’s Pantry team!

All St. Olaf students are invited to utilize this resource. We only ask that students be respectful and take only the items they need for a 2-3 day time-frame. This resource is not meant to provide bulk supplies to students. Students can visit as many times as needed.

Each student who visits is also REQUIRED to fill out the post-survey so we can track inventory and make sure we are providing items that students find useful.

During each break, Bon App provides 2 meals for students free of charge. Please refer to your St. Olaf email and their website for more information about picking up these meals.
