The Annual Grose Family Lecture Series<\/strong> is the Taylor Center\u2019s signature LGBTQIA+ event annually which focuses on LGBTQIA+ public policy and brings to campus a noted and outstanding LGBTQIA+ individuals to give a keynote address during LGBTQIA+ History month in October.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Lecture aims to amplify the voices of LGBTQIA+ students and the community bringing attention to issues that affect this community.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Fifth Annual Grose Family LGBTQIA+ Lecture Series is part of the celebration of LGBTQIA+ History Month. The 2026 theme is: Dimensions of Belonging: LGBTQIA+ Families Across Race, Adoption and Migration.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This year’s theme focuses on the LGBTQIA+ Family<\/i> within the community, examining how public policies on race, adoption, and immigration impact their sense of belonging. <\/span><\/h4>\n

The Grose Lecture Series is co-sponsored by the Taylor Center <\/span>and the Department of Race, Ethnic, Gender and Sexuality Studies<\/span>.<\/b><\/h4>\n
