A harmless instrument designed to look like a firearm, explosive or weapon, or one used in such a way as to cause reasonable apprehension of harm or used to assault another person, is expressly included within the meaning of weapon.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n        \n\t<\/header>\n\n<\/article>\n\n        \n    <\/div>\n\n
