These behaviors include, but are not limited to, unwelcome sexual conduct or communication, rape and other forms of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. Such actions are not only violations of an individual\u2019s rights and dignity, but are also attacks on our college community. In addition, some forms of these behaviors are crimes.<\/p>\n<p>The college will seek to address and resolve all reports of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct promptly, impartially, and equitably, including in cases where one of the parties is a guest or visitor. When the college finds that such behavior has occurred, it will take steps to stop the behavior, to prevent its recurrence, and to remedy its effects.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors and guests are encouraged to use the navigation tabs above to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access immediate help from college officials<\/li>\n<li>Review the college\u2019s policy prohibiting sexual harassment<\/li>\n<li>Learn more about the college\u2019s Title IX Coordinator and Title IX Team<\/li>\n<li>Report to the college any experience of sexual harassment, misconduct, or assault<\/li>\n<li>Access additional information and resources for education and support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visitors and guests are also welcome to complete the college&#8217;s online training on recognizing, preventing, and responding to sexual harassment and misconduct.\u00a0 This one-hour learning module can be accessed on any device with an Adobe Flash Player (a free download); you do not need to have a St. Olaf username or account in order to complete it.\u00a0 Simply click on the link below and enter the requested registration information, entering \u201cGuest\u201d as your department:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brainshark.com\/1\/player\/en\/trainedsolutions?fb=0&amp;r3f1=&amp;custom=stolafemployee\">Speak Up: Understanding and Preventing Sexual Violence<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The college may require visitors or guests who are on campus for an extended period of time to complete this training.\u00a0 If you have any difficulty accessing or completing the training, please consult these <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/title-ix\/files\/2018\/06\/Troubleshooting-updated-2-26-2020.pdf\">troubleshooting tips<\/a>.
