There are multiple ways to report sexual harassment or misconduct to the College. Use the links on the side to access St. Olaf’s online reporting form and lots of additional information. Meeting with the Director of Equal Opportunity is a great way to learn about all the various options and resources available to someone who has experienced sexual harassment or misconduct. Meeting with the Director of Equal Opportunity does not automatically initiate any next steps, and reporting individuals have autonomy regarding whether and when to move forward with any next steps. Reporting individuals are also encouraged to take as much time as they need to consider their options prior to indicating which option they wish to pursue, if any. The Director of Equal Opportunity is well-versed in the various resources, accommodations, and other supportive measures available to reporting individuals and can help set up connections with those resources if needed. The Director of Equal Opportunity will also explain an individual’s option of reporting to law enforcement and can help facilitate reporting to police if desired by the reporting individual.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\n

This online form may be used to indicate concerns related to sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, and stalking of and\/or by any St. Olaf community member. All submissions are immediately sent to the Director of Equal Opportunity. Individuals who have either experienced or witnessed any of these concerns are encouraged to fill out this form regardless of whether the incident occurred on or off campus and regardless of when the incident occurred. This form may be submitted anonymously; however, the College is limited in its ability to respond to the concerns contained within anonymous reports. If you submit the form and include your name and contact information, the Director of Equal Opportunity will follow up with you regarding options for next steps and the resources available to you.<\/p>\n
