The Working Group is committed to operating transparently, and in this spirit we are sharing St. Olaf\u2019s sexual misconduct data reflecting complaints over the past three years. While the Minnesota law will require annual reporting for the previous calendar year, the Working Group requested the public presentation of three years of data.<\/p>\n

The level of reporting outlined below reflects the categories that Minnesota\u2019s higher education institutions must report on an annual basis beginning in October 2016.<\/p>\n

The information provided below is reflected by academic years (AY) that are defined as September 1\u2013August 31 for the previous three years.<\/p>\n
