Working Group members Kaelie Lund \u201916\u00a0and Emma Lind \u201917 did an outstanding job of organizing and facilitating the forum in a way that fostered\u00a0open and productive dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>We were inspired by the courage of students who shared their experiences, made thoughtful\u00a0recommendations, and asked difficult questions about St. Olaf\u2019s Title IX policies, procedures, practices,\u00a0resources, and education.<\/p>\n<p><em>We have a lot of work to do. That is clear from these direct conversations and from the many comments\u00a0and suggestions we have received through the website.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We understand that the College needs to provide more education, greater accountability, and better\u00a0communication \u2013 in addition to improved policies. The Working Group is committed to this process.\u00a0The conversations with students and the comments on the website continue to inform our Working\u00a0Group members\u2019 thinking through this critical study and listening phase. If you have not yet shared your\u00a0comments, ideas or concerns, we want to <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/title-ix\/submit-input-subscribe-to-updates\/\">hear from you<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to every student who shared their evening with us.
