Here are some great troubleshooting tips to fix the issue!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The time may already be booked and fully reserved. <strong>To resolve: <\/strong>select another time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campus Go only picks up and drops off from Buntrock (not your dorm or any other building on campus) and needs to be used as either the drop off or pickup location in the app. <strong>To resolve: <\/strong>make sure your pickup\/dropoff location is Buntrock Commons, and not another building on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No times are populating. <strong>To resolve: <\/strong>This could be happening for a few reasons. 1) Campus Go may be closed due to a school break; 2) No times may be available because of the volume of rides; 3) You aren&#8217;t using your St. Olaf email address to log in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Campus-Go provides daytime transportation in Northfield for students to get to volunteer, medical appointments, pharmacy trips, or work locally.
