St. Olaf College Upward Bound students are from families below 150% of poverty and would be the first generation in their family to attend college.<\/p>\n<p>St. Olaf TRIO Upward Bound has been hosted Education<\/a>\u00a0is a non-profit organization dedicated to the expansion of educational opportunities throughout the United States. The Council works in conjunction with colleges, universities, and agencies that host TRIO programs to specifically help low-income and disabled Americans enter college and graduate.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mntrio.org\/\">MN TRIO Association<\/a> is the professional organization for personnel affiliated with TRIO programs throughout the state of Minnesota. MN TRIO is one of eight state chapters that form the <a href=\"https:\/\/eoa.wildapricot.org\/\">Educational Opportunity Association (EOA)<\/a>.
