Even minor changes in our sleep habits can have a greater effect than we sometimes realize. We will provide an online form where you can enter your daily step total. There is no minimum required to participate. All steps throughout the day count \u2014 exercise, shopping, yard work, golfing, walking the dog, and any other steps you take!
