Using Harvard\u2019s Healthy Eating Plate as a guide, we recommend eating mostly vegetables, fruit, whole grains, unsaturated fats, and healthy proteins. The Healthy Eating Plate guide also has other recommendations, including drinking water instead of sugary beverages, and addresses common dietary concerns such as salt and sodium, vitamins, and alcohol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Looking for more in-depth or specific information? Come to the Wellness Center and talk to a Peer Educator or contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/counseling-center\/\">Counseling Center<\/a> and set up a meeting with our consulting nutritionist.
