One on One Support

Here for you..

Here for you...

…that means we are here to listen to you, support you, and help you seek resources should you want them. That being said, Peer Educators are trained in evidence-based mental, social, and emotional health strategies, motivational interviewing, responding to microaggressions, gender and sexuality, suicide prevention, and sexual violence prevention. One-on-one support is an opportunity for students to have a safe and private conversation about a variety of areas related to their own wellness. These topics include but are not limited to: coping skills, roommate conflict, boundaries, and time management. Fill out the form below and we will reach out to schedule a time to chat or stop by during our office hours.
