Emily Jacobson

My pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am committed to advocating for women in STEM, anxious learners, and other marginalized voices at St. Olaf and beyond. As a queer female math major entering a career in finance, I know the difficulty of finding someone you can trust in professional communities. It is imperative that everyone feels safe and protected when pursuing their goals. I am excited to work with the NSM Action Team to create opportunities for students to make these genuine connections, to ensure that professors are creating welcoming environments for ALL students, and finally to remove barriers that hinder success in our STEM community.
