The Natural Sciences and Math (NSM) Student Action Team is a student-led committee with a mission of enhancing inclusivity, representation and belonging in the STEM fields at St. Olaf College. The six members represent different STEM departments and bring unique experiences as underrepresented students to engage in dialogue with the student body and STEM faculty. This dialogue aims to implement substantive action toward making the STEM departments at St. Olaf College equitable for people of every race, gender, and socioeconomic background.
