Kleber-Gery Lecture: The History and Lessons of Sports Analytics – How Teams Use Data-Driven Approaches to Make Decisions

The Departments of Math, Statistics, and Computer Science and Economics present the 2026 Kleber-Gery Lecture in Viking Theater on Monday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m. This year’s guest speaker is Marc Richards ’16, Director of Football Research and Development for the Kansas City Chiefs Football Club. Richards will present “The History and Lessons of Sports Analytics: How Teams Use Data-Driven Approaches to Make Decisions.”
