This class is a beginner level strength and conditioning class, focused on building the foundations of strength and movement. It is a great opportunity for people who are unfamiliar with the gym and would like to gain the knowledge and confidence to comfortably use any facility. The class will feature a limited amount of equipment, mostly barbell and dumbbell exercises with some use of resistance bands and medicine balls. Each workout will last 1 hour.
This class meets on Saturdays for the fall semester but NOT on FB game days – Sept 23, Oct 21,28, Nov 4.
