Presented by the Social Work and Family Studies Department and Social Work and the Greater Good, please join us for a documentary screening of Closure, a story about Angela Tucker, a transracial adoptee, advocate, and filmmaker. The film explores identity, the complexities of transracial adoption, and the questions embedded in the efficacy of social services.
The screening will be followed by a conversation on campus with Angela Tucker on November 9th as a part of the Family Studies Fall Speaker event.
The screening and conversion will take place on Thursday, November 2nd, from
6:00-8:00pm in Holland Hall 502.
Snacks and drinks will be provided, and all students, faculty, and staff are welcome!!
