Memorial Mums – pick-up

Lend a hand to place gold mums on the graves of faculty and staff who have served St. Olaf College. Mums, grave site maps, and treats will be provided. Email Jean Callister-Benson if you are able to help, and let her know which day you prefer to volunteer. 

• Flower placement
  Friday, May 24 | 7:30 a.m.
  Meet on the west side of the Oak Lawn Cemetery (Spring Creek Road South, Northfield). Some volunteers will be sent to the Calvary and Northfield cemeteries and St. John’s Church columbarium to distribute the flowers.
  President Rundell Singer will join us at the cemetery and has graciously invited the volunteers to her home for coffee and treats following our work.
• Flower pick-up
  Tuesday, May 28 | 7:30 a.m.
  The team will meet at the west side of the Oak Lawn Cemetery and pick up and dispose of the spent flowers. Garbage bags will be provided.
