3rd Annual Grose LGBTQIA+ Lecture by Katie Barnes '13

The St. Olaf community and public are welcome to attend the 3rd Annual Grose LGBTQIA+ Lecture hosted by the Taylor Center for Equity and Inclusion. This year’s theme is The State of LGBTQIA+ People’s Participation in Sports, which will be explored through conversations and lectures led by award-winning journalist and author of the book “Fair Play: How Sports Shape the Gender Debates,” Katie Barnes ’13.

The schedule of events includes:

• 4-4:30 p.m. Reception in Viking Theater Lobby
• 4:30-5:45 p.m. Keynote Lecture from Katie Barnes ’13, followed by a conversation with Barnes and two other specially invited guests
• 5:45-6 p.m. Closing
• 6-7 p.m. Book Signing with Katie Barnes ’13 at the St. Olaf College Bookstore
