Democracy Cup Celebration with Secretary of State Steve Simon

St. Olaf College is nationally recognized for the highest student voter turnout in the country. Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon will join us in the Flaten Art Museum’s Practicing Democracy: 150 Years of St. Olaf Student Civic Engagement exhibit to present the college with the Democracy Cup recognizing this achievement. Simon will also offer remarks on the importance of political participation among young people. St. Olaf students, faculty, staff, and the greater Northfield community are invited to attend this celebration.
