Annual Constitution Day Lecture: Freedom of Speech in a World of Misinformation

The Institute for Freedom & Community is hosting “Freedom of Speech in a World of Misinformation” for the Annual Constitution Day Lecture this fall. The talk is part of the fall series, Democracy & Dialogue, and features a conversation with cybersecurity law expert, Jeff Kosseff.

Jeff Kosseff is an associate professor of cybersecurity law at the United States Naval Academy. In October 2023, Johns Hopkins University Press published his fourth book, Liar in a Crowded Theater: Freedom of Speech in a World of Misinformation. Before joining the Naval Academy, he practiced First Amendment and cybersecurity law in Washington, D.C.
