Black Cat and Dog Fundraiser

The Black Cat and Dog fundraiser is going to raise money to offset the cost of adopting black pets, who often get overlooked because of stereotypes that come with their furs’ color. Tuesday’s with Millstream will be tabling on the 26th and 27th of October before Harry Potter night on Saturday the 28th to raise awareness about our fundraiser and the issue. During our tabling hours we will be giving out stickers and candy, and accepting any donations that we may receive. Our main event will be on Harry Potter night, Tuesday with Millstream have reserved a table that will be used for this activity. Our main fundraising event is a raffle for a Harry Potter house-themed gift basket. We will give away a free sticker and candy with the purchase of a $1 (subject to change) raffle ticket. At times thorough the night, we will be drawing for each house basket. The profits will to the Humane Society go to to offset the cost of adopting pets with black fur.
