Flourishing for All: Sustainability, Vocation, and Identity

April 24 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This year, the Lutheran Center for Faith, Values, and Community has hosted a series of Flourishing for All events as part of our All-Community Read of So That All May Flourish: The Aims of Lutheran Higher Education.

During Earth Week, we will be reflecting on Dr. James Martin-Schramm’s chapter in the book entitled Environmental Studies and Sustainability. The purpose of this event is to have a conversation about sustainability and how it relates to identity. The first part of our conversation will be dedicated to the college’s identity and how it relates to sustainability. In the second part of our conversation, we will think about our personal identities and vocation, and how those relate to sustainability.
