Lunch and Learn: An Orientation to New Student Orientation

Have you ever wondered the what and why behind New Student Orientation? Members of the Orientation & Transition Experiences team will be hosting a Zoom webinar titled An Orientation to New Student Orientation for members of the St. Olaf community to learn more about how we and other campus partners support both the social and academic transition of our incoming St. Olaf students. Attendees will garner a better understanding of the scope of New Student Orientation (NSO), the topics covered in both the summer NSO module and in-person NSO experiences, and how staff and faculty can best support our incoming Oles through their transition. There will be an opportunity for Q&A as well.
The webinar will be held on Friday, April 12, 2022 from 12:00-1:00 PM and we invite all interested community members to attend. If you are planning to attend, please access the webinar here. The webinar will be recorded for those who are unable to join us.
