Social Work And the Greater Good (SWAGG) will be hosting a Mental Health First Aid training session through Rice County’s Mental Health Awareness Training grant that provides free crisis training to the public. The session, led by a certified St. Olaf community member, will take place over eight hours on Sunday, March 19th. Participating SWAGG members will complete the training, which teaches how to effectively assess risk factors, respond, and seek resources for a person experiencing a mental health-related crisis.
