St. Olaf Volleyball Camps with Coach Foster are designed for players of all levels, who have been playing in associations or school programs and have yet to complete their senior year of high school. Athletes will be trained by current Ole athletes and coaches. What sets St. Olaf Volleyball Camps apart is the incredibly positive environment created on campus. Camp includes high-energy training sessions, combined with a unique feature called “Mind Gym” which focuses on sports psychology side of the game including self talk, visualization, and more. It is the goal of the Ole Volleyball staff that athletes leave camp feeling empowered and a more skilled and knowledgeable competitor.
